2022-23 Registration

Wind instrument players participating in orchestra rehearsals are required to be fully COVID-19 vaccinated.

Join CYCS by filling out online registration form.

• For check payment, use promo code "check" before submission. Mail check to P.O. Box 4192, Santa Clara, CA 95056. Be sure to clearly indicate student's name and instrument. 

• For credit card payment, you will have an option to cover the processing fees which is optional. Simply uncheck the option if you do not wish to cover the fees.
• For Zelle payment, use promo code "zelle" before submission. Use "info@uscycs.org" email address.
